COMMON JUDGMENT The second appeals are directed against the judgment and decree made in A.S.Nos.65 and 66 of 2014, dated 13.09.2019 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, Confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.308 of 2008, dated 06.08.2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the legal heirs of the deceased appellant are not interested in proceeding the appeals.

3. It is seen from the records that the appellant died on 22.01.2022. Since steps are not taken, these Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 04.07.2024 das 2/4
