ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner submitted a petition dated 13.07.2018 for cancellation of patta issued in favour of one Saravana Raja. The second respondent herein conducted an enquiry and submitted a report to the first respondent vide communication dated 08.02.2019. The first respondent has to pass final orders.

4.The first respondent is directed to pass final orders within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.

5.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
