This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2024 and to take necessary action for resolve the petitioner's grievance. 2.According to the petitioner, there was a money dispute between the petitioner and one Gunavathi. The said Gunavathi tried to murder the petitioner's father. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police, for which, an FIR in Crime No.7 of 2024 was registered for the offence under Section 307 IPC. One Tamilselvi, who was working at the the petitioner's father shop, along with other accused swindled a sum of Rs.2,83,65,200/- at Madukkur shop and swindled a sum of Rs.38,33,200/- at Pattukottai by creating fake receipts. By stating the said all facts, the petitioner sent the said representation, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 2/5
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a dispute between the parties in respect of money involved more than a sum of Rs.3 Crores. Therefore, enquiry is pending before the EOW, Thanjavur. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition that is to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.01.2024, the first respondent is directed to instruct the EOW authorities to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 03.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
