ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent herein to transfer the enquiry in petition dated 06.03.2023 given by the petitioner from second respondent to some other police station.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Nagendran, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.73 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police suspected the involvement of the petitioner and also issued summon to the petitioner for enquiry. After receiving the summons, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police one time and thereafter, did not appear.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to co-operate to complete the process of enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty workout his 2/4

remedy through the appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment at this stage.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
