ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks action in pursuant to the communication sent by the office of the Sub Collector, Srirangam, to the respondent No.3 dated 22.09.2020. 2.Since we are not passing any positive order, there is no need to hear the private respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submitted that the process of measurement is already on and assistance is also sought for from the Tahsildar, namely, respondent No.3.

4. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law to remove the encroachments, if any, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
