ORDER

This petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from harassing the petitioner and his family by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2021.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a false case has been filed against the petitioner in Crime No.482 of 2019 for the offence under Section 4 (1-A) of TN Prohibition Act. Now, he is facing the trial and subsequent to that, frequent trouble is created by the second respondent that he compelled the petitioner to admit the offence before the Trial Court and they also threatened him that Section 110 Cr.P.C is also going to be initiated against him. On that ground, he has filed this petition.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there is no such proposal, pending with the second respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. So, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
