This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute prevailing between the petitioner and the third respondent on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.11.2017. 2.According to the prosecution, the respondent police has not interfered with the civil dispute and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent.
