Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.09.2018 of the petitioner for surveying and demarcating the land property in Survey No.830/1, 2 & 3 situated at Kelkadayam village, Cheranmadevi Taluk measuring an extent of S.No.830/10.65.5, S.No.830/2-0.95.5 & S.No.830/3-0.26.0 totaling 1.87 hectares as per the sale deed dated 19.08.1993 and rectification deed dated 20.06.1995 with the help of the third respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate pointed out that eventhough the petitioner was issued with notices on two earlier occasions, he did not extend his co-operation. 2.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to once again approach the first respondent with appropriate application. No costs.
