This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case against the proposed accused mentioned in the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.03.2017.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the second respondent.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
