ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition can be granted only by the jurisdictional civil court. The legal position has been categorically enunciated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision reported in (2016) 10 SCC 767 (Satya Pal Anand vs. State of M.P. and Ors). Therefore, filing of the writ petition is misconceived.

2.This writ petition is dismissed. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The writ petitioner is of course at liberty to move the civil court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the relief now sought for. No costs.
