ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to execute the bailable warrant which was issued against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.193 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 (Fast Track Court, Magistrate level) Madurai dated 16.09.2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks indulgence of this Court for a reasonable time to the first respondent for executing the warrant which was issued against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.193 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 (Fast Track Court, Magistrate level) Madurai dated 16.09.2016.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the first respondent is directed to execute Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent, namely, S.Sakthi Vinayagam, who is the accused in S.T.C.No.193 of 2016 on the file of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.2 (Fast Track Court, Magistrate level) Madurai, dated 16.09.2016 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
