ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 353, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act @ 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 353, 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.13 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A4 were travelling in two Two-wheelers and that they chased the Government Town Bus No.

4 [Sivagangai to Devakottai], which overtook them and they stopped the bus in the middle of the road and created problem with the bus driver and conductor, as a result of which, a scuffle arose between them and in consequence, the bus driver were manhandled and the accused persons damaged the Government bus and the petitioner also joined with the Accused Nos.1 to 4 in the abovesaid incident. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

FIR. However, his name is included in the alteration report, dated 19.04.2018.

5.Taking note of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
