ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.83 of 2016, pending on the file of the fourth respondent and to entrust the same to the third respondent for proper investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Thanjavur on 09.08.2016 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 323 IPC.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
