ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Usilampatti to proceed the case expeditiously in C.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Usilampatti and dispose the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Having regard to the nature of complaint given by the petitioner as against the proposed accused, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions:

"The Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Usilampatti, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.28 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
