This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.08.2017, in C.S.R.No.542 of 2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the second respondent.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court, in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
