2. Settlement deed dated 06.02.2013 was executed by the writ petitioner in favour of his son. Citing objection from the sixth respondent, registration was refused. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the wakf board stated that No Objection Certificate in favour of the writ petitioner was issued by the board on 14.08.2025. Notice sent to the sixth respondent could not be served. Since the wakf board has given NOC, there is no impediment for the writ petitioner to deal with the petition mentioned property.

4. Since Survey No.499/1 has been released, it is the duty of the registration department to fix the guideline value also. As on date, on the impression that it is a wakf property, the guideline value has been shown as "Zero". The revision in the guideline value register has to be expeditiously carried out by the registration department. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
