This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 25.09.2025, in W.P.(MD) No.26573 of 2025, passed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent / contemnor, placed before this Court a copy of the Letter No. 10076/L1/2025-2, dated 12.01.2026, sent by the respondent / contemnor to the petitioner communicating about the consideration of her request. In the light of the same, this Court is satisfied that the respondent / contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court.
3. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Incase the petitioner is aggrieved by the Letter No.10076/L1/2025-2, dated 12.01.2026, sent by the respondent / contemnor to her, it is left open to her to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
