14 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police in C.C.No.41 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, NDPS Act Cases, Madurai , seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.41 of 2023 and Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner. He prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that Non Bailable Warrant has been issued. He would submit that the petitioner may be directed to surrender and file an application to recall Non Bailable Warrant and he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.
