This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.11.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the second respondent advising the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress her grievance, as the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court, in the manner known to law.
