This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file the charge sheet in respect of the Crime No.454 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pudukottai. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed in this case and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.246 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Pudukottai.
4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
