ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner , his wife and his children life and limb from the respondents 4 to 9.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a employee of fourth respondent and there was some allegation against the petitioner in respect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of his management for which the respondents 4 to 9 harassed the petitioner and life threat by extracting the property of the petitioner , for which the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C was received by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and the same was forwarded to the respondent police for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed. However it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for ventilating his grievances.
