This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the complaint dated 17.11.2017 in reference No.HRH1769240 of 2017 and initiate legal action in accordance with law. 2.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent police and the same has been closed by advising both the parties have to approach the Civil Court to seek their remedy and he has also produced the copy of such statement. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
