This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and consequently direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2017. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police as on today. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
