When the case was listed on 14.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today, again there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.This Court therefore looks to the prayer which indicates that the petitioner seeks Police permission and protection for a meeting scheduled to be taken place on 28.02.2019.
