ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 02.11.2021 and 12.03.2022 seeking for exemption for 3 years for the delay in convening the Annual General Body Meeting of the petitioner's society and for issuance of Form VII, and pass final orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.The petitioner has sought for the aforesaid exemption from the first respondent under the representations dated 02.11.2021 and 12.03.2022. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Heard Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the representations of the petitioner are considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.11.2021 and 12.03.2022 seeking for exemption for 3 years for the delay in convening the Annual General Body Meeting of the petitioner's society and for issuance of Form VII and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
