When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that as and when the writ petitioner approaches the third respondent, the third respondent would conduct an enquiry as per the Act and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
