ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and register a case in complaint dated 21.10.2017 against the proposed accused persons. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.10.2017, has been registered in Crime No.288 of 2018 on 21.11.2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
