W.P.(MD)No.6571 of 2021 In pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.12.2020, the respondent No.2 has directed the Revenue Inspector and the Village Administrative Officer to take appropriate action and send a report. Though this communication was sent by the letter dated 24.12.2020, no action has been taken thereafter. Thus, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking note of the aforesaid communication dated 24.12.2020 in Na.Ka.No.A6/2400/2020, we direct the respondent No.3 to take appropriate action in accordance with law to remove the encroachment, if any, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
