RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Rameswaram in Cr.M.P.No.726/2024 dt 06.02.2024 in so far as the condition no.5(i) as directing the petitioner to stay at Vellore Refugees Camp and shall appear and sign before the officer incharge of the said camp daily at 10.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M instead of the petitioner shall stay at Trichy Special Camp and he shall appear and sign before the officer incharge of the said camp daily at 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M. ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAJI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification. 1/3

2. While granting bail, the trial Court issued a direction to the petitioner to stay at Trichy Special Camp and appear before in-charge of the said camp daily twice until further orders from the date of release.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner's wife and mother are living at Vellore Refugees Camp, hence, he prays to modify the condition that to stay at Vellore Refugees Camp instead of Trichy Special Camp.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore Srilankan Refugees Camp and shall appear and sign before the officer in-charge of the said camp daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
