This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.11.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the second respondent advising the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance, as the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court, in the manner known to law.
