Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 332, 333, 334, 352, 353, 354 and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.Not Known of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners/A1 and A2 are serving as a soldier in the Indian Military. The petitioners attacked the Inspector of Police. As a result, he sustained injuries, thereby, the respondent police registered a complaint as against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the present stage of investigation,

these petitioners are not arrayed as accused in the F.I.R. Hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners does not arise.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
