ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he sought for dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner has any genuine difficulty in appearing before the Court, it is open to him to file an application before the trial Court and on such filing of the application, the trial Court is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, MP (MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
