When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Bank submitted that the petitioner has already filed an execution petition and that they are bound by the RBI norms.

2.I am of the view that the respondents cannot object to the petitioner's request for considering his representation for one time settlement.

3.In this view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
