2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the respondent are landlord and tenant. Since the respondent has not paid the rent as per the agreement, the petitioner filed O.S.No.82 of 2018. He further submits that though the matter was referred to Lok Adalat held on 14.09.2019, the respondent/defendant had not appeared and hence it was again referred to regular Court. On 27.08.2020, issues have been framed and posted for examination of plaintiff's side evidence. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is aged about 64 and her husband is partially blind and hence, it is necessary to dispose of O.S.No.82 of 2018 at the earliest. Hence, the petitioner has left with no other option come up with this present Civil Revision Petition seeking for early disposal of O.S.No.82 of 2018. 3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.
