Petitioner PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., to set aside the order dated 04.03.2015 in Crl.R.P.No.21 of 2013 passed by the Additional District Judge, Dindigul, which reversed the order dated 25.04.2013 in M.C.No.1 of 2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul.

ORDER
A joint compromise memo has been filed duly signed by both the parties as well as their counsels. Both the parties are present today. 2.As per the joint memo of compromise, out of Rs.5,00,000/- as full and final settlement as maintenance, today the respondent / wife received an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- by way of demand draft. It is also stated by the revision petitioner that the balance amount of Rs.2,50,000/- will be paid to the respondent herein at the time of giving evidence before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam in H.M.O.P.No.478 of 2011. The wife admits that she has already received gold jewels, valuables and other household articles from the revision petitioner and she has no further claim whatsoever.
3.Thus, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
