It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the matter purely civil in nature and not to harass the petitioners and family members herein in the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there is no relationship between the de-facto complainant and the accused persons, the petitioners are harassed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Deepalakshmi, case has been registered in Crime No.20/2016 on 01.08.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) and 506(ii) IPC.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
