ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition has already become infructuous in view of the registration of a sale deed dated 04/02/2019 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District vide Document No.218 of 2019. However, the writ petitioner is at liberty to question the registration by moving the jurisdictional civil court. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The rights of the parties are left open. This writ petition stands closed.
