O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to provide relief under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 30.01.2026.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner met with an accident in the year 2023. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the 2/5

respondent on 30.01.2026, seeking relief under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2026 and pass orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
