ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by Murugan, S/o.Krishnan, the third respondent herein.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
