ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1214 days in representing the appeal suit in A.S.(MD)No.SR.54183 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Though the petitioner has stated some reasons to condone the delay, this Court is able to see that the delay is inordinate.
Having regard to the inordinate delay in re-presenting the papers, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on terms. 3.As a result, the delay of 1214 days in representing the appeal suit is condoned and this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, after showing proof for payment. sd/- 26/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
