O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.3.2018 against the proposed accused.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already there was a dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused, due to which, on 22.03.2018 when the petitioner was in his house, the proposed accused along with others entered into the petitioner's house and tried to attack the petitioner with deadly weapons. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 22.03.2018. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent, the petitioner has come forward before this Court with the aforesaid relief. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the said complaint is under petition enquiry stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
