ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition arises out of the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub-Judge), Thanjavur in R.C.A.No.8 of 2013, dated 26.02.2014, confirming the fair and decreetal order of the learned Rent-Controller-cum-District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru, in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2010, dated 03.12.2012.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner, who is the tenant in respect of the petition mentioned property, has vacated and the landlord has been put in possession of the property, which was leased out to the tenant. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
