O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 11.11.2017 given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.356 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 452, 427, 294(b), 323, 366 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, on 03.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
