In this Criminal Revision Case, the petitioner challenges the show cause notice issued by the third respondent under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2. Since the petitioner has raised all his grounds in the said Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.498 of 2014, the Criminal

Revision Case in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.37 of 2015 has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.37 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous. However, leaving it open for the petitioner to raise all the grounds in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.498 of 2014. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
