O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.4 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties had already entered into a compromise. Hence, no further order is necessary in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner as well as the second respondent to file a proper petition before the trial Court for compromise and compound the offence.
