Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Bank.

2. The petitioner's mother was having a locker in the third respondent Branch. The petitioner's mother passed away long back. She is survived not only by the petitioner but also by his brothers. The petitioner's grievance is that the said locker should be opened only in the presence of all the legal heirs.

3. The learned Standing counsel also states that the third respondent/Branch Manager would open the locker only in the presence of all the legal heirs. The petitioner must give a specific date in writing so that the other legal heirs can also be duly intimated. The petitioner shall give such a date which will be within the next https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three months. This time limit is given taking note of the petitioner's submission that he is presently in abroad.
