Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner challenges the impugned order of transfer. The petitioner has pleaded several domestic circumstances and contends that she deserves to be posted in Pattukkottai. These are matters which have to be taken into account by the concerned authority. The Writ Court cannot be expected to interfere in the matter. It is for the authority to take a call on the petitioner's representation.
