RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS /PETITIONERS Prayer: Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.c to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti in Cr.M.P.No. 13159 of 2014 in M.C.No.4 of 2014 dated 26.06.2015 and setaside the same. Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court on 27.08.2015 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.

373 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner, had directed the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti to dispose of M.C.No.4 of 2014 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.It comes to be known that the Learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Theni in D.No.4499/15, dated 23.11.2015, had addressed a letter to the Registrar(Admn.), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, inter-alia, stating that M.C.No.4 of 2014, pending on his file was in Part-Heard stage and also that on the side of the respondents, witnesses were to be examined and that the original time granted by this Court had expired on 09.11.2015 and sought for further extension of two months time to dispose of M.C.No.4 of 2014, pending on his file. 3.

In view of the fact that the Learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty had addressed a letter, dated 23.11.2015 as stated supra, seeking further extension of two months time to dispose of M.C.No.4 of 2014, this Court, acceding to the said request grants further one month time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of M.C.No.4 of 2014(if not already disposed of till date and to report compliance to this Court, without fail.
