ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in C.C.No.149 of 2013 to dispose the case within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Having regard to the nature of complaint given by the petitioner as against the proposed accused and considering the 'B' diary extract, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions:
"The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.149 of 2013 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
3.As a result, this petition is allowed.
