O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner for production of his son namely D.S.Srikumar S/o.D.P.Srinivasan, aged 36 years, who is found missing from 29.07.2017, before this Honourable Court and to hand over his custody to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. According to the petitioner, there was a phone call from the cell-phone belonging to the detenu that he is in Bhopal. Thereafter, nothing was hear. 3.The respondents 4 to 6 submitted that despite the investigation made, there is no progress.

4.In those circumstances, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending. If the petitioner has any information about the detenu, he could always furnish the same to the third respondent, who in turn would direct the respondents 4 to 6 to proceed further. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
